• 3+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations.
• 5+ years of engineering experience as an individual contributor.
• Experience building large, business-critical projects with deep business logic.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with product to craft a strategy for new business opportunities.
• Ability to own consumer-focused metrics like ARPU, conversion, retention, and churn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at cross-functional teamwork.
