Senior Engineering Manager, Data

📋 Description

• Lead a high-impact data engineering team building a holistic real estate data engine.
• Set technical direction for ingestion, modeling, governance, reliability, and self-serve analytics.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Security, and Engineering to align data with business outcomes.
• Hands-on, player-coach leader shaping architecture and platform strategy.
• Drive platform maturity, engineering discipline, and scalable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering management experience in fast-growth environments.
• Direct leadership of a data engineering or data platform team.
• Proven ability to scale teams and systems via hiring, process, architecture, and delivery.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or Sigma (deep expertise in at least one).
• Experience building modern data platforms (ELT, modeling, governance, self-serve analytics).
