📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven, data-centric initiatives to scale Chime's data platform.
• Partner with Analytics, Product, Data Science, and stakeholders to deliver trusted data products.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams; foster technical excellence.
• Champion innovation and drive operational excellence with urgency and direction.
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize work and remove delivery obstacles, ensuring impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading Data Engineering teams.
• Experience building scalable AI-ready data platforms and semantic models.
• Strong partnership with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing.
• Experience driving governance, data quality, CI/CD, and reliability.
• Experience with Growth and Marketing data platforms (attribution, funnels, experiments).
• Experience with Spark, Snowflake, Data Lake/Warehouse, dbt, and key-value stores.
