📋 Description

• Lead Data & AI Products and Data Serving teams as a hands-on builder.
• Own AI feature delivery and its underlying API/serving layer.
• Define AI feature roadmap with product leaders.
• Drive quality, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure serving layer reliability and latency for production features.
• Manage resourcing and hiring across both teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional AI or data products.
• Technical depth in AI product engineering, real-time data APIs, or ML systems.
• Experience building and growing teams; hiring senior technical talent.
• Strong product and business acumen; partner with PMs and designers.
• Track record shipping with quality under velocity pressure.
• Comfortable managing across distinct team mandates and rhythms.
