📋 Description

• Lead and develop a talented team of 8+ data engineers, driving a culture of continuous learning
• Define and execute the data engineering strategy in close alignment with product and business
• Champion the modernization of our data infrastructure evolving our cloud data warehouse
• Set and monitor clear team performance metrics, delivery timelines, and quality standards; ensure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics engineering, and commercial teams, acting as
• Advocate for scalable, secure, and future-proof data solutions; guide adoption of modern data

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform teams (3+ years)
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, data integration best practices, orchestration
• Technical credibility with data engineering practices: strong grasp of SQL, data modeling, pipeline
• Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake); understanding of
• Ability to articulate data strategy and complex technical solutions simply to both technical and
• Skilled at managing stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and making data-driven decisions
