Senior Engineering Manager, Device Software

📋 Description

• Lead a software team in Hardware R&D for connected medical device software.
• Own high-complexity engineering across mobile, backend, BLE, HW software.
• Build a platform that is reliable, compliant, and adaptable for iteration.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Hardware, Data, and Quality.
• Ensure device experience is safe, scalable, end-to-end.
• Oversee production health in a continuous delivery on-call environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams (5+ directs).
• Experience delivering production software for connected devices/BLE.
• Healthcare or FDA/HIPAA/GDPR regulated software experience.
• Familiarity with React Native, Python, TypeScript, GraphQL, Docker, AWS.
• Experience building test infrastructure and developer tooling.
