• Lead engineering execution for Thunderbolt as it moves to enterprise-ready product.
• Own release discipline, ownership, quality, and scalable operating model.
• Hands-on technical mgmt: contribute code, review work, and maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with product/leadership to align AI strategy with plans.
• Guide team through planning, release, and follow-through practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software development; 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Track record shipping polished, craft-driven products.
• Translate direction into clear plans, ownership, momentum.
• Technical fluency in AI-enabled products; evaluate tradeoffs (LLM, RAG, agents).
• Experience shipping across desktop, web, mobile with Tauri/Electron/React Native.
• Exposure to enterprise software, privacy, security, and deployment models.
