• Lead engineers: line-manage seven across two groups CTI & SO.
• Own delivery and technical direction with architecture partnership.
• Hire and raise the bar using AI-native hiring and a live AI build stage.
• Drive AI-native operating rhythm with Claude Code and AI tooling.
• Own the operational backbone: on-call, incident practice, proactive comms.
