📋 Description

• Lead TAMC engineering team (~20 engineers) across two Scrum teams.
• Own delivery: sprint cadence, risk tracking, and exec reporting.
• Set technical standards: hexagonal architecture, AI-native patterns, observability.
• Align engineering with product/business across India/US time zones.
• Hire and grow engineering talent; build leadership pipeline as the org scales.
• Drive AI roadmap with ML leadership; contribute to architecture decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering with 5+ years in leadership (managing 15+ engineers).
• Deep Java backend, distributed microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• SaaS on AWS with multi-databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Hexagonal architecture at scale; domain isolation.
• Partner with ML/AI teams on production AI (LLM integration, agentic pipelines).
• Cross-functional leadership with Product/Design and executives across US-India.
