📋 Description

• Manage a team of software and data engineers who work AI-first.
• Own the technical vision for core financial systems and integrations.
• Ensure the automation stack reads upstream tools and updates GL and billing.
• Rapidly build tools to improve finance data interactions.
• Maintain accuracy, completeness and operational excellence across the platform.
• Define and deliver architecture for the financial automation stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer writing code.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager of productive teams.
• Proven track record leading teams to ship UX that elevates high-stakes customer experiences.
• Proven experience handling and processing transactional data at scale in a SOX environment.
• Built and led lean teams delivering impactful results.
• Able to break down complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
