📋 Description

• Lead multiple teams for custody, authorization, keys, wallets, and blockchain integrations.
• Own architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, BD, and execs to align tech with needs.
• Hands-on leader shaping engineering practices and incidents response.
• Develop high-performing engineering leaders and governance practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading production-scale teams.
• Proven ownership of large-scale security-critical platforms.
• Deep cryptography expertise: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native design: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability.
• Security/compliance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST; aware of SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA.
• Experience with digital asset infra incl custody, trading, staking, treasury.
