📋 Description

• Lead two distributed engineering squads (Frontend Platform and Navigation)
• Own hiring and team planning across both squads
• Lead discovery with squads and engage with customers, community, and internal users
• Partner with Product, Design, and engineering leaders to set priorities and resolve dependencies
• Own delivery from discovery through rollout and measurement
• Use AI in management work to synthesize research and feedback
