🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of building high performers
• Ability to partner with product functions, shape roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help team
• Experience establishing engineering excellence standards and guiding architectural decisions
• First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus
• Eager to keep writing code, reviewing code, and shipping features
• Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools
