Senior Engineering Manager - Hypervisor

📋 Description

• Derive and drive the roadmap with stakeholders
• Diagnose and remove obstacles blocking delivery of quality software
• Champion continuous improvement and engineering excellence
• Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap and priorities
• Lead the Bangalore Hypervisor team and collaborate with U.S. engineers
• Enable self-organization, velocity, and predictability

🎯 Requirements

• BS CS/EE or equivalent; 10+ years experience, 3+ in Mgmt; MS/PhD a plus
• Experience with on-prem and SaaS enterprise software
• Experience with distributed systems, availability, performance on on‑prem and SaaS
• Experience leading storage, compute and infrastructure teams for SaaS/on-prem
• Experience hiring and developing teams within an existing org
• Developing team identity and career growth for direct reports
• Experience working with customers and vendors
• Experience building strong engineering practices and processes
