Senior Engineering Manager, Identity & Access

📋 Description

• Own the identity & access architecture: SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, multi-tenant.
• Lead and grow a small team; set quality standards and provide feedback.
• Stay technically engaged through design reviews and code.
• Represent Identity & Access in cross-functional architecture reviews.
• Partner with Security, Infra, Product, and Customer Success on compliance and tenant isolation.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling to improve how the team builds.

🎯 Requirements

• OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM in enterprise environments.
• Experience building multi-tenant systems with strong isolation.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams in B2B SaaS.
• IAM, secrets management, and access policy across AWS and Azure.
• Track record of shipping clean, tested code and high standards.
• Active use of AI tooling with a viewpoint on how it changes team building.
