📋 Description

• Lead the Infrastructure team, owning cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, LLM

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience, including leading infrastructure or platform teams.
• 5+ years as a Software or Infrastructure Engineer with depth to lead in design reviews and incident
• Led a transformation to a self-serve platform model.
• Experience managing platform team interfaces and building self-serve tooling.
• Ability to manage competing demands including support queue, strategic roadmap, on-call rotation
• Familiarity with AWS, observability tools (e.g., Datadog), and deployment pipelines.
