📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for agile teams; ships high-quality software aligned with KPIs.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap; align goals with product managers.
• Design and enforce engineering best practices: standards, testing, observability, DoD.
• Lead hiring and performance management for engineers across lifecycle.
• Coach engineers at all levels with regular 1:1s and structured feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan multi-team initiatives with clear scope.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading travel-tech engineering teams; supplier integrations (APIs, GDS, NDC).
• 10+ years software engineering; at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven ownership and innovation in data-driven environments.
• Track record of driving organizational transformation with agile practices.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, and backend architecture.
• Experience owning full people management lifecycle; hiring and career development.
