📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for one or more agile teams, shipping quality software.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap with product managers and leaders.
• Design and enforce engineering best practices across the codebase.
• Lead hiring and performance management for a software team.
• Coach and develop engineers at all levels through regular 1:1s and feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on multi-team initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams in travel with supplier integrations (APIs, GDS, NDC).
• 10+ years software engineering, with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of ownership and innovation in a data-driven environment.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, and backend architecture.
• Experience owning hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English proficiency.
