• 10+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years in leadership.

• Data-driven, results-oriented, quick learner across domains.
• Experience leading agile transformations and process improvements.
• Strong distributed systems, API design, and backend architecture.
• Proven people management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, growth.
