🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in industry with at least 6+ years in engineering management (managing other
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in CS or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems and media/content infrastructure (ingestion
• Strong product intuition and ability to influence senior cross-functional partners to deliver
• Proven track record shipping large cross-team initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Judicious leadership style balancing short-term needs with long-term health and inclusion-focused
