BS CS/EE or equivalent; 10+ yrs; 3+ yrs in Eng Mgmt
SaaS enterprise software experience on AWS/Azure/GCP
Led storage, compute, and infrastructure teams for SaaS/on-prem
Deep understanding of distributed systems and file system architectures
Experience hiring, mentoring, and building career growth across orgs
Experience collaborating with customers and vendors; leading cross-functional teams across time zones
