Senior Engineering Manager, Outcomes

📋 Description

• Lead 8 engineers in the Outcomes pod across product, clinical measurement, and platform.
• Own end-to-end outcomes surface: pain logging UX, progress, visuals, assessments.
• Partner with PM/Data Scientist; align full stack React Native to assessment-service.
• Define prioritization framework balancing internal roadmap and partner needs.
• Advance AI-native practices and CI-enforced harness tooling.
• Grow and develop a high-performing team with mentorship and career progression.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing a team of 5+ engineers in a product or platform environment.
• Full-stack or backend-heavy engineering background; ability to reason about service architecture, data modeling, and client-side UX tradeoffs.
• Experience owning a shared platform/service consumed by multiple internal teams.
• Track record of running experiments and reasoning about outcomes metrics.
• Preferred: clinical/health data, assessments, SDUI, React Native, AI-native practices.
