🎯 Requirements

4+ years managing engineers, with a track record of hiring and developing them.
5+ years building production software.
Experience launching or growing an acquisition, distribution, or partner channel.
Bonus: healthcare, payer, or health system integrations; voice or conversational AI; B2B2C products.
