Senior Engineering Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing platform engineering team of approximately 10 engineers
• Define the platform vision, technical strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing investments in core
• Own the architectural strategy for delivering product capabilities across multi-tenant SaaS
• Partner with product, design, AI engineering, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives that improve development velocity, system

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including three or more years of engineering
• Extensive experience building and scaling product-facing platforms, foundational application
• Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams, with
• Strong product judgment and a track record of delivering platform capabilities that improve
• Experience defining technical strategy and roadmaps across multiple teams, aligning engineering
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with Kubernetes, distributed
