🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in an engineering management role
5+ years of software experience at scale
Experience partnering with Product, Design, Applied Science, and Data Science
Strong technical judgment guiding architectural and product tradeoffs
Experience leading senior engineers and coaching via growth and performance
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
