• 2+ years in engineering management.

• Partner with Product, Design, Applied Science, and Data Science to shape strategy.
• Strong technical judgment guiding architecture and tradeoffs.
• Lead senior engineers, build high-performing teams, and coach growth.
• Cross-functional communication and collaboration across the org.
