Senior Engineering Manager, Product Growth

📋 Description

• Own Growth engineering end-to-end for funnel, onboarding, PLG, retention.
• Partner with Product Growth and Growth Design leadership.
• Drive high-cadence experiments and ship learnings fast.
• Lead AI-driven personalization and onboarding intelligence.
• Hire and coach engineers; promote AI fluency and impact.
• Set architectural decisions enabling speed and sustainable debt.
• Move fast by removing blockers and staying focused.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering; 4+ years leading teams.
• Growth/platform/product eng in fast-paced SaaS or consumer tech.
• Fluency in funnel analytics, A/B testing, activation, retention, PLG.
• Strong data instincts; read funnels and instrument features.
• AI/ML features experience in product surfaces.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
