Develop Safety agentic platform—AI-powered systems for detection and enforcement.
Collaborate with User Safety, Data Science, and ML teams.

Led successful engineering teams delivering new product/platform features.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; translate challenges to components.
Strategic thinker; implement short-term solutions and gather feedback.
Experience building consumer-facing apps with a platform mindset.
