🎯 Requirements

7+ years of professional software development.
3+ years as an engineering manager or team lead.
Knowledge of AWS services, open source technologies, and ETL tools and data warehousing solutions.
Experience hiring and developing remote engineers under your guidance.
Experience gathering feedback from customers to inform engineering prioritization.
Experience in leading an AI-first engineering team.
