Senior Engineering Manager, Security Products

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Identity and Integrations Products engineering team
• Set the team's technical vision, roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy in partnership with
• Own service reliability and operational excellence, including availability, latency, incident
• Establish engineering practices for secure development, architecture reviews, operational
• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration across security, infrastructure, networking
• Partner with Product Managers, customer-facing engineering teams and customers to understand

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a complex function or multiple related teams led by manager /
• Experience running engineering operations (observability, SLOs, incident management, post-incident
• Demonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions in ambiguous environments and translate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across
• A track record of delivering through ambiguity and aligning Product, Engineering, Security, and
• Willingness to work on-site in Sunnyvale, California. This role is not remote.
