• Lead platform reliability and AI-native eng workflows.

• Collaborate with Security, Product, Data, and India SRE team.
• Drive cost optimization and vendor strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years leading SaaS platform teams.
• 3-4+ years managing 6+ direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• Cloud infra: AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform.
• Proven platform reliability, SLOs, and cost optimization.
• Cross-functional leadership across geographies.
