🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; 10+ years experience, incl 5+ years people mgmt.
• Proven track record scaling engineering teams and delivery metrics.
• Experience in workflow automation, data integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Partner with Product/ML teams to deploy models at scale and ensure compliance.
• Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech lending or regulated environments and building scalable systems.
