📋 Description

• Lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of the private-cloud product, including the infrastructure
• Support product growth by aligning engineering priorities with business objectives, sales
• Partner with Field Engineering, Support, and Sales on proofs of concept, security reviews, access
• Help the team evaluate customer feedback, distinguish essential product improvements from one-off
• Coordinate engineering work across multiple teams, prioritizing dependencies and maintaining strong

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an Engineering Manager leading a highly technical, senior
• A strong software engineering background, with a track record of technical leadership, influencing
• Experience managing or leading a team responsible for production systems and a real on-call
• Experience shipping and operating software in environments where infrastructure or deployment
• Understanding of the challenges associated with version compatibility, incomplete telemetry
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS, with the ability to review technical designs, ask critical
