Senior Engineering Manager - Voice Teams

📋 Description

• Lead 2 ML teams (8 engineers) across ASR products, guiding architecture and design
• Own performance management, career development, and retention for direct reports
• Drive a culture of high standards and fast execution
• Act as Hiring Manager: partner with Talent & People to attract top talent
• Define and drive the roadmap for your teams in line with organizational OKRs
• Ensure architectural coherence and visibility across all technical domains

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience leading ML or Data Science engineering teams
• Strong technical background in Machine Learning (classical ML required)
• Ability to understand, challenge, and make architectural decisions on complex ML systems
• Deep understanding of system design, trade-offs, and technical risk management
• Startup-like environment experience: fast decisions, ambiguity, scope changes
• Versatile, able to operate across multiple technical domains
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
