🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years hands-on software engineering with leadership of tech teams
• Extensive SDLC experience; guide design, architecture, dev, test, deploy (Node/React/JS, AWS/GCP)
• Make technical tradeoffs based on business priorities and roadmaps
• Code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Hiring, training, retaining and mentoring engineering teams
