Senior Engineering Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end hardware programs from concept to production ramp.
• Build and drive integrated plans across engineering, validation, manufacturing, and operations.
• Define priorities and drive cross-functional tradeoffs for high-impact work.
• Identify program risks early; drive rapid resolution to maintain schedule.
• Coordinate system integration, prototype builds, and validation across phases.
• Lead engineering reviews and decision forums for alignment and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering development processes.
• 3-5 years of experience developing and manufacturing complex electromechanical products at consumer or high-volume scale.
• Experience in consumer electronics, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• FAA Part 107 certification strongly encouraged within 60 days for all roles (may be required for some).
