Senior Engineering Program Manager, Core Algorithm Development

📋 Description

• Lead program management for Core Algorithm Development.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, firmware, software, and PMs to define plans.
• Establish and improve processes for algorithm development, validation, integration, and release.
• Coordinate across engineering, product and quality for priorities, risks, and timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect delivery.
• Coordinate validation efforts ensuring data, tests, performance, and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Biomedical/Electrical Eng, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience partnering with algorithm development, ML, data science, or software teams.
• Experience managing algorithm development programs through full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of development processes, release & dependency management.
• Experience with physiological sensing, wearables, ML systems, or data-driven products preferred.
