• Plan, authorize, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities, ensuring project milestones and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics discipline, with
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical
• Proven leadership, team-building, motivation, conflict-resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving
