Senior Engineering Technician

📋 Description

• Set up and execute a wide range of electrical and mechanical product tests. Testing includes
• Lead in-test reporting of progress, failures, and testing risks to the test engineering team both
• Collaborate with test and design engineers during post-test root cause analysis to identify failure
• Fabricate various mechanical and electrical test fixtures using a range of manufacturing processes
• Maintain all tools and equipment in the lab and continue to acquire and install new equipment to

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ yrs experience working as a technician in the automotive/EV, cleantech, or aerospace industries
• Experience instrumenting test articles with sensors such as accelerometers, thermocouples, and
• Experience with data acquisition systems and measurement devices
• Experience with welding, shop, and fabrication equipment
• Demonstrated experience working in and maintaining a lab development environment
• Experience towing trailers or RVs
