📋 Description

• Build, modify, troubleshoot, and validate first-of-kind prototypes.
• Interpret drawings and CAD models into functional hardware.
• Identify build issues and improve tooling, methods, manufacturability.
• Set up, organize, and maintain prototype work areas and equipment.
• Develop and improve build processes, instructions, standards, docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep builds moving.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on prototype, R&D, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting; diagnose and solve issues.
• Build complex assemblies from CAD models and drawings.
• Proficient with shop tools, equipment, and fabrication tools.
• Improve shop organization, workflow, and build processes.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Ops.
• Passion for high-quality hardware and fast prototyping.
