  • Grow base by landing new workloads via outbound prospecting
  • Manage full sales cycle for MongoDB Products & Services
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to hit revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive initiatives
  • Build Salesforce/Clari pipeline; leverage Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, Outreach

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience
  • Proven ability to expand existing accounts across units
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting targets
  • Articulate business value of complex enterprise tech
  • Co-selling with AWS, GCP and Azure is a plus
  • Must live in territory (flexible work model)
