Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, Base

📋 Description

• Own the enterprise GTM roadmap for Base markets (trading, lending, tokenization).
• Build a repeatable enterprise proof engine: case studies, collateral, briefs.
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, BD, DevRel, Legal, Compliance.
• Drive competitive intelligence for enterprise crypto to guide roadmap.
• Define and report key metrics: pipeline, adoption, launches, partner amplification.
• Shape Base's enterprise marketing model and mentor junior PMMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product marketing or GTM for B2B/enterprise, crypto or finance.
• Own end-to-end GTM and launches for technical financial products with adoption or revenue results.
• Fluency in onchain trading, lending, tokenization; partner with Product & Engineering.
• Cross-functional leadership in 0-to-1 environments; hands-on.
• Experience marketing to financial institutions in regulated markets or BD-led enablement.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve outputs and efficiency.
