Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Data Unification/MDM)

📋 Description

• Shape strategy, define the business case, and articulate value/investment rationale
• Own end-to-end delivery (schedule, scope, budget) across technical and non-technical workstreams
• Serve as primary point of contact between sponsors, stakeholders, and teams
• Build/maintain project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, dependency maps
• Monitor milestones/performance, provide status updates and executive reporting
• Assess/allocate team capacity, adjust as constraints shift

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in project management delivering strategic enterprise projects
• Prior exposure to Master Data Management or enterprise data unification projects
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience across enterprise initiatives (business, sales, tech, strategy, marketing)
• Experience with structured change management strategies, documentation, knowledge sharing
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
