📋 Description

• Hybrid role: San Jose, CA or Remote in Denver, CO.
• Support and drive the visionary innovation of collaboration apps and AI space.
• Lead a team delivering services in enterprise and FedRAMP environments.
• Collaborate with support and executive teams to deliver cutting-edge services.
• Report to Collaboration Solutions Manager in IT Digital Employee Experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Google Workspace and MS365 admin consoles with scripting
• Experience driving AI adoption strategies with security control
• IAM in FedRAMP environments, RBAC and Jump host security
• Scripting for automated user provisioning/deprovisioning
• ConMon and audit readiness for FedRAMP
• APIs, data connectors, multi-agent workflows using ADK/MCP
