Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst (Willow)

📋 Description

• Design, configure, build, test, implement, support, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows and
• Support Epic implementations, conversions, upgrades, and optimization initiatives across clinical
• Translate clinical and business requirements into effective application configurations and
• Support incident, change, and problem management processes in accordance with ITIL practices
• Work with Clinical Informatics teams to establish standardized workflows and promote consistent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; alternatively, four years of clinical or technical application
• Advanced experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare environment
• Experience working with medium- to high-complexity clinical applications
• Required experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory implementations and/or conversions
• Current Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations
