🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; alternatively, four years of clinical or technical application
• Advanced experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working with medium- to high-complexity clinical applications.
• Required experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory implementations and/or conversions.
• Current Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
