Senior Equity Administration Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day administration of global equity programs including grants, vesting, RSU releases
• Coordinate RSU releases, tax withholding, and reporting with Payroll and equity platform provider
• Administer ESPP including enrollment, contributions, purchase cycles, reconciliations, and employee
• Maintain accurate equity records, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies across equity
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, audits, SOX controls, and other
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, People, Finance, and external advisors on global equity, tax

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or actively working toward certification
• 5–7 years of equity administration experience, including hands-on experience at a publicly traded
• Hands-on experience administering RSUs and ESPP, including releases, purchase cycles, employee
• Experience coordinating equity-related tax withholding and payroll reporting
• Experience supporting global equity programs across multiple countries
• Experience with Fidelity's equity administration platform or comparable system
