Senior ERP Manager

📋 Description

• Primary IT partner for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Align ERP strategy and roadmap with business priorities.
• Drive standardization, automation, and AI using SAP Joule, Joule Studio, and SAP BTP.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and governance.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Drive Clean Core adoption and scalable extension strategies using SAP BTP.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of ERP experience with 5+ years leading SAP environments and enterprise programs.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and Clean Core architecture.
• Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities including Joule and Joule Studio.
• Strong functional expertise in SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and Warehouse & Logistics integrations.
• Proven leadership in large-scale ERP transformation and cross-functional stakeholder management.
