Senior Escalation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead escalations for complex MS, cloud, infra, networking, and security issues.
• Resolve incidents, own outcomes, drive root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation and docs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for client outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with clients through the incident lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and MSP tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in an MSP environment.
• 3+ years in Level 2/Senior/Escalation role.
• Experience supporting multiple client environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical escalations and major incidents.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong documentation and client communication capabilities.
