📋 Description

• Lead and support estimating activities for self-performed, hard-bid, negotiated, and conceptual
• Independently manage quantity takeoffs, project solicitation setup, subcontractor outreach, bid tab
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, organizing priorities and resources to consistently meet bid
• Oversee the bid process from subcontractor solicitation and document management through proposal
• Review construction drawings, specifications, proposals, quotations, and other technical documents
• Coordinate estimating assignments and review team output to ensure completeness, accuracy, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline, or equivalent combination of
• At least 7 years of commercial construction experience, with the majority focused on estimating or
